Dan Arnold serves as managing director and divisional president of LPL Financial Institution Services, which provides investment and insurances services to banks and credit unions. He is responsible for new business development and business consulting, as well as for Insurance Associates Incorporated, which provides insurance solutions for LPL Financial. Mr. Arnold joined the firm in 2007 following the acquisition of UVEST Financial Services by LPL Financial.

Prior to LPL Financial, Mr. Arnold worked at UVEST for 13 years, serving most recently as president and chief operating officer. He led the company through a period of unprecedented success, during which it quickly developed into one of the fastest growing broker/dealers in the financial institution market space. Earlier, Mr. Arnold spent seven years in the telecommunications industry with BellSouth and MCI. With these organizations, he held leadership roles in corporate finance and sales and marketing.

Mr. Arnold is a graduate of Auburn University and holds an MBA in finance from Georgia State University. He successfully completed the Certified Public Accountant examination and is Series 7, 24, and 63 registered.
