

Christopher Feeney joined LPL Financial in 2008, bringing 28 years of experience in financial services technology with a focus on technology, product, client, and executive management. As head the Business Technology Services business unit, Mr. Feeney is responsible for enhancing the technology offerings and support LPL Financial provides to its advisors and their clients.
Prior to joining LPL Financial, Mr. Feeney was global managing director of wealth management at Thomson Financial. In this role, he was responsible for global business, product management, development, operations, and support for the retail wealth, private banking, and consumer marketplaces. He oversaw front-office services, such as financial planning, investment selection, and advisor productivity tools, as well as trade and post-trade processing services for the retail and institutional marketplace.
Mr. Feeney was CEO of Telerate, Inc., from July 2003 until its sale to Reuters in December 2004. Previous positions included serving as president and chief operating officer of Multex, Inc., a leader in financial services web hosting and services; serving as managing director for information technology at Banc of America Securities; and working with ADP Brokerage Services Group. Prior to his tenure at ADP, Chris spent 10 years in technical sales and project management roles in the financial services technology industry.
Mr. Feeney holds a Bachelor of Arts in literature from the State University of New York, Oneonta, and completed the Securities Industry Institute at the Wharton School.
