As managing director of Custom Clearing Services, Jonathan Eaton was instrumental in designing and packaging the LPL Financial best in class technology offering to broker/dealer firms interested in clearing services. Mr. Eaton joined LPL Financial in 1998, previously serving as executive vice president of product marketing. In this role, he was responsible for strategic planning, financial management, and successful execution of the sales and marketing plans for all product areas of the firm.

Prior to joining LPL Financial, Mr. Eaton spent 14 years at MFS Investment Management. His positions at MFS included national account management, corporate marketing, product development, and market research.

He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from the University of Maine and is Series 6, 26, and 63 registered.
