Your experience with us matters, even before you’ve officially joined our firm, which is why we want to make sure your transition to LPL Financial is as smooth and transparent as possible. Once you’ve submitted your eRegistration Kit and started conversations with an LPL Onboarding Consultant to begin your move, you’ll receive access to the LPL Transition Portal. This website is customized for your transition, taking you through the important milestones you’ll need to complete before your start date at LPL. The portal is designed to help you be well informed about the transition process and fully prepared to start conducting business on day one.

Portal features include:

  • A week-by-week schedule for your transition-related activities
  • A real-time status of where you are in the transition process and what steps you still need to complete
  • Direct access to training required before you join LPL
  • Frequently asked questions and helpful information to learn more about how your business will operate at LPL
  • Downloadable resources that walk you through the transition process and provide important operational information

After you begin working with an Onboarding Consultant, you’ll receive an email informing you how to set up your Transition Portal account. You’ll have access to the portal and its transition resources throughout your move until 30 days after you’ve joined LPL.
